Open and edit MSI files directly inside the MSIStudio workspace. Removes the need to use Orca.exe or other third-party database editing tools to view and tweak the content of Windows Installer database files.

Enhancements

Windows 7 Pinning
Enable pinning of installed applications to the Windows 7 Taskbar.

New Dialog Designs
Supply an additional suite of dialog designs to enhance the user experience.

Additional Languages
Provide additional language translations (ongoing).

Custom Resources Development
Additional functionality to install dialup connections, run SQL scripts, perform xml modifications, and much more will be provided as extension custom action modules. These modules will be developed based on user demand and will be released individually after comprehensive testing.

Project Schema
Provide a schema definition file (xsd) allowing users to verify the integrity of hand-edited or auto-generated MSIStudio project files.

Command-line Comparison Interface
Provide a command-line interface equivalent for the msi file comparison feature that is available within the MSIStudio IDE.
